1) Information on the Collection of Personal Data and Contact Details of the Controller

2) Data Collected When You Visit Our Website

When you use our site purely for information (i.e., without registering or otherwise transmitting information), we collect only the data your browser transmits to our server (so-called “server log files”). These are required to display the site and include:

Your data are erased once your request is resolved, unless statutory retention duties apply.

5) Data Processing for Account Creation and Contract Fulfilment

Under Article 6 (1)(b) GDPR we process the data you provide when opening a customer account or concluding a contract. Required data fields are shown in the respective forms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting Lucen Lens at lucenlens@gmail.com. After the contract is fully executed or your account is deleted, your data are blocked for tax- and commercial-law retention periods and erased thereafter, unless you consent to further use or we are legally permitted to use them otherwise.

6) Use of Your Data for Direct Marketing

6.1 Newsletter Subscription

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we send you regular information about our offers. Only your email address is mandatory. Additional data help personalise emails and are optional. We use double-opt-in: we send a confirmation email asking you to verify your subscription. By activating the link you consent to processing your data under Article 6 (1)(a) GDPR. We log your IP address and subscription time to prevent misuse. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in any newsletter or by emailing lucenlens@gmail.com; after unsubscribing, your email is promptly deleted unless you have expressly consented to further use.

6.2 Newsletter to Existing Customers

If you have provided your email during a purchase, we may send you offers for similar products. Legal basis: Article 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in direct advertising). You can object at any time by contacting us; standard transmission costs apply.

7) Data Processing for Order Handling

We share your personal data with the shipping company only as necessary for delivery, and with the payment institution only as necessary for payment processing (Article 6 (1)(b) GDPR). If we use payment service providers, details appear below.

8) Review Reminders

With your express consent (Article 6 (1)(a) GDPR) we may send a one-time email reminder to review your purchase. You may withdraw consent at any time.

9) Use of Social-Media Plugins (Shariff Solution)

We use social-media buttons for Facebook, Google+, and Instagram. To protect your data, these buttons are mere HTML links; no connection to the provider occurs until you click the button. Each provider is certified under the EU–US Privacy Shield. Refer to their privacy notices for details.

10) Online Marketing

10.1 DoubleClick by Google

This site uses DoubleClick (Google LLC). Cookies serve to show relevant ads and improve campaign performance. Processing is based on Article 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in optimal marketing). You can disable cookies as described in Google’s privacy notice.

10.2 Google AdWords Conversion Tracking

We use Google AdWords to place ads and measure conversions (Article 6 (1)(f) GDPR). Cookies expire after 30 days and do not identify you personally. You can disable tracking—see Google’s settings or browser plugins.

11) Web-Analytics Services

Google (Universal) Analytics is used with “anonymizeIp(),” which truncates IPs within the EU/EEA. In exceptional cases the full IP is sent to the USA and shortened there. Processing is based on Article 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in analysing usage). You can prevent cookie storage or install Google’s opt-out plugin.

12) Retargeting / Remarketing

  • Facebook Pixel – We use Facebook Pixel with your consent (Article 6 (1)(a) GDPR) to measure ad effectiveness.

  • Google AdWords Remarketing – Cookies enable interest-based ads. Processing is based on Article 6 (1)(f) GDPR. Disable via Google settings or browser plugins.

13) Rights of the Data Subject

Under GDPR you have rights to:

  • rectification (Art. 16),

  • erasure (Art. 17),

  • restriction (Art. 18),

  • data portability (Art. 20),

  • withdraw consent (Art. 7 (3)),

  • complain with a supervisory authority (Art. 77).

Right to object (Art. 21): If we process your data on the basis of legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where we process data for direct marketing, you may object at any time; we will stop processing for that purpose.

14) Storage Period

Storage duration follows statutory retention periods (e.g., commercial and tax law). After expiry, data are routinely deleted unless necessary for contract performance or we have a legitimate interest in continued storage.
